Help, I have lost my onenote printer driver . Within the last couple of
weeks I seem to have lost the ability to print to onenote. Last night I
uninstalled the onenote beta and installed the Onenote trial version. Still
no luck.

Any ideas on what to try?
Thanks
Kevin

When you reinstalled OneNote, did you select the "Send to OneNote" option
in the Installation Options screen?

Go to Add/Remove Programs, select Microsoft Office OneNote 2007, then
click on "Change". After the Install screen appears, select "Add or
Remove Features". Ensure that all of the "Send to OneNote Add-ins" are
selected then click Continue.

If you need to, uninstall OneNote again, follow the instructions in this
article to ensure that all of the Beta bits are removed from your
computer, then reboot and reinstall OneNote trial.

Hi Eric, thanks for the reply, unfortunately, I can't select any options in
the add'ins, it says not available. I then tried uninstalling both onenote
and office and following all of the directions you listed, then reinstalling,
then I went and purchased a real copy (not a trial version). Still can't
select the add-ins.

Can you help any further?

What do you mean that you cannot select the Add-ins? Are they not
displayed, or not able to be changed?

IIRC, you may have to choose a Custom install at one point during the
installation program.

The installation options all show up but there is a red "x" that says not
available.

That's the current setting which can be changed. Click on the "Not
Available" box and change the value from the choices on that list.
