How to change language in the menu files of OneNote 2007?

I have Office 2007 in Swedish and I need to work with OneNote with english
speaking collegues. I have changed the language in the regional and language
option and I have reistalled the Office 2007 but the menu language remain in
Swedish. Is there anything I can do to change it in English?

Changing the language in "Regional and Language" has no influence at all
on the UI (User Interface).

You would either need a "MUI" (multilanguage interface) pack for your
version of Office or just buy an English version of OneNote.

For some (not all) Office apps there are "LIP" (Language Interface
Packs) available.
Once again (I would need that fir my German systems) I spent quite some
time on searching in the MS Website and arrived at

But I could not detect English which you would need.

I'd suggest to contact MS Sweden and ask for both MUI and LIP options.
