Hide highlighting of other author

Hi.
I am looking for a possibility to hide the highlighting of the changes from another author.
Situation: I work at home and at office on the same OneNote files thus OneNote on the respective other computer shows the changes highlighted and marked as different author. The latter I can hide by button, but not the highlighting which is disturbing for the readability.

How can I switch off the highlighting? I don't want to see any reference to authors.
