Hi all,

Is there an easy way to either remove or check all of the open
checkboxes in OneNote? I have many unmaintained to-dos and need a
quick clean up.

Thanks,
Brian

There really should be a general way of removing all note flags. The need
isn't limited to check boxes. One may want to reuse old data for new purposes
or simply want to look at it without excessive preconceptual interference.

No there isn't a quick way. You could open a note flag summary pane, and
then quickly go through all of your note flags and mark them complete.

Ideally with OneNote 2007 you could use the Outlook task sync feature which
would make this a bit easier.

Finally if someone wanted to write a powertoy that went through all of the
user's OneNote pages and marked every note flag "complete". That would be
pretty cool. If you need help see my blog: http://blogs.msdn.com/descapa/
