Can't delete Misplaces Sections

I have a couple of files in the Misplaced Sections Notebook.
It says to right click and hit delete but when I right click, the delete
option is grayed out.

This is exactly an issue I am having too. I tried to move the section
instead of deleting too. Did not work. Don't know what to do.

Try this:

Go to

C:\
\your username
\application data
\Microsoft
\onenote
\12
\empty the offlinecache

or look in the folders there to delete the unified notes section. or do
something similar.

But backup your onenote files before doing so.

I did all of this. I found c\username\appdata\local\microsoft\OneNoteOfflineCache_files and I deleted everything in there, but the Misplaced Sections still appear.

BTW, was ok that I deleted everything in that file?
