I want the lines for the text boxes to show up when I print, not just
show up when I select the text on my screen. Anyone know how to do
this?

There is no such option :-(

You may post this as a suggestion for the next version in "Connect",

Those lines are intended to act as a guide for writing, etc. and by design
are not printed. You could manually draw lines using the tools available
on the Drawing toolbar if you need certain emphasis on the printed notes.
Be aware that those drawn boxes do not flow with the text and would need to
be moved/adjusted before printing. It's not much of a workaround, I'll
grant.
